1. Introduction to Airline Industry
In this module students are introduced to the airline industry regulations and agreements, economic characteristics, the management and organization of airline industry, and the overview of airline planning and operations.
2. Managerial Skills for Airline Managers
This module provides you with a foundation of core supervisory/management level knowledge and skills to be successful in leading teams, planning and assigning work, coaching and mentoring, and motivating others. Regardless of whether you are a mid- or entry-level manager, this module will help you to succeed as a professional manager.
3. Introduction to Airline Management & Operations
This module serves as the backbone of Airline Management Program, and prepares the students to learn and take responsible positions in the airline industry. You will learn all about forecasting methods, passenger marketing techniques, the pricing process, cargo, and airline financing.
4. HR Concepts for Airline Managers
As a manager or supervisor, you are expected to deal with some human resource issues. It could be either helping HR Develop developing job descriptions, take part in interview process, take responsibility for implementing code of conduct, or developing employee policy for your department. The Essentials of Human Resources module will introduce Airline Managers & Supervisors to HR concepts.
5. managing change
The Airline industry is changing faster than ever before. Quite often, going through change can be costly for the organizations, but it is a necessary part of progressing forward. Airline managers must consider a variety of areas such as organizational change, persuasion, how to communicate the need for change, how to gain momentum, how to overcome resistance to change and how to deal with powerful resisting stakeholders to succeed. This module is designed to help the participants familiarize themselves with these topics so they can be prepared to handle them when designing or executing a change management programme.

Minimum Study Requirement |
Although our courses are ‘self-paced’, still there will be assignment submission deadlines and minimum study time requirements for each module. There are total 5 study modules and the average minimum study time requirement for each module varies between 4-6 weeks. There are no exceptions.

Maximum Study Duration |
The Airline Management Program must be completed within the period of 12 months.

Completion Criteria |
In order for your course to be considered complete, all 'required' coursework must be attempted and submitted regardless of your overall score in the course. Required course work may consist of participation in online discussions, watching a video, reading an article, or other graded and ungraded assignments. You will receive a final score for the course after all of the assessments and required assignments have been completed.
