We design professionally selected programs to meet the ever-increasing needs of today's fast-paced commercial aviation business environment.
Our Foundation
The driving energy behind the development and implementation of the Institute of Airline Economics & Management Studies' commercial aviation training programs comes from its founder, Raza Azmi, an aviation management graduate with over 18 years experience in airline and tourism industry. As a founder and Executive Director, Mr. Azmi had a vision to equip students with the fundamental “job-oriented” skills and knowledge necessary to become employable within the commercial aviation and other related industries around the world.
What we do
The Institute of Airline Economics & Management Studies is dedicated to training individuals for commercial aviation career. We provide our students with a wide range of marketable job skills in the shortest period possible. All our courses emphasizes a practical, rather than theoretical, approach. Our aim is to provide students with knowledge and technical proficiency that will make them employable upon completing one of our programs. These are just some of the reasons why aviation industry employers constantly contact us to request our qualified graduates.
What we don't do
We are NOT a degree granting academic institution and we do not issue academic/professional degrees, nor do we claim to be affiliated with any degree granting institution. As an industry training organization, we do not seek academic accreditation, nor do we accept, or offer credit transfer from academic institutions. Unlike traditional academic or college programs, our courses are designed specifically for airline industry executive and organization development purposes.
Why we do it
We are experienced airline industry leaders and management professionals. We strongly believe that the true leadership and management involves being both morally concerned and performance-driven, both analytical and reflective, both competent and creative. These are the skillsets taught in a wide variety of ivy league business schools. While an Ivy league education can be invaluable to a person's career, it presents too large an investment of both time and money for many airline industry professionals.
The Institute of Airline Economics & Management Studies offer various programs that cover many topics contained in a standard MBA program and carries with it all the prestige of an innovative and well respected airline industry training provider.
