1. Airline Business Environment & Global Challenges
This module will provide an overview of airline business environment. Students will learn about the airline business models, competition, network structure, industry alliances, and pricing and yield management strategies.
2. Business Fundamentals For aviation managers
This module is designed prepare airline managers to learn and develop highly in demand business skills such as; accounting, marketing, balanced scorecard, and project management.
3. Airline Costs Allocation & Management
Most airlines detect the cost related problems only after their competitiveness and profitability have deteriorated; leaving not many options to recover what is lost. This module will help students to understand the determinants of airline costs and learn how costs should be allocated for operating decisions. How corporate strategies and business unit policies impact airline costs, and how they should be managed.
4. Airline Economics & Finance
The environment in which airline executives operate is an increasingly complex one. It cannot be navigated without a thorough understanding of how business decisions are and should be taken. The main objective of this module is to enable students to approach managerial decision problems using economic and financial intelligence. You will learn why revenue management is important, what are financial ratios, how to read financial statements, and what factors should be considered in buying/leasing an aircraft.
5. Marketing Strategy & Competitive Analysis
In this module, students will gain deeper understanding of marketing and learn simple processes to solve complex business issues. Learn how to analyze marketing environment, what the strategic options are, and how to develop a marketing plan.

Although our courses are ‘self-paced’, still there will be assignment submission deadlines and minimum study time requirements for each module. There are total 5 study modules and the average minimum study time requirement for each module varies between 4-6 weeks. There are no exceptions.

Completion Criteria |
In order for your course to be considered complete, all 'required' coursework must be attempted and submitted regardless of your overall score in the course. Required course work may consist of participation in online discussions, watching a video, reading an article, or other graded and ungraded assignments. You will receive a final score for the course after all of the assessments and required assignments have been completed.
