IAEMS Executive Development Program

Your executives are the backbone of your organization. How well they lead and manage has a direct impact on your organization, your customers, your workforce, and your company’s overall success.

The IAEMS Executive education program challenges senior airline managers to step out of their comfort zone and go even further – on both a professional and personal level. However, it is important to note that our executive development program is also open to 'non airline industry' professionals as well. The skills you will acquire through this program will help you to see a bigger picture of your organization as well as the business.
